4Paws4Love is a group that was founded in 2005 by myself and three friends participating in the Polk County SPCA's annual Pet's on Parade fund-raising event. To date, 4Paws4Love has raised more than ten thousand dollars for the Polk County SPCA through a variety of fundraisers including, but not limited to: car washes, yard sales, bake sales, online donations and hosting events.
My mission is to raise awareness about local animal shelters & the homeless pet population. It is my goal to help as many animals as possible find fur-ever homes and to reunite those that have some how become separated from their family.
I have another blog, focused on pets, of course called 4Paws4Love. Please check it out when you have time. It hasn't been updated much this year as my wedding kept me pretty busy up through April. Things are just now starting to calm down and I will be updating this blog much more frequently, sharing health tips, heart warming stories, and ways you can help the animal population.
