Beauty runs in the family :)

Today I am to write a blog of encouragement for a beautiful woman. I chose to write about my cousin, who is like a sister to me. She is so strong (the women of our family truly symbolize strength, we have all been through so much) and I admire her. Since 2007 she has been battling various health conditions that have kept her in and out of the hospital (sometimes for weeks at a time) and under the knife numerous times, including once for open heart surgery. To the eye, you may look and see numerous scars, but to me they symbolize strength, her battle wounds. They show how much of a trooper she really is. I admire the fact that while she was in the hospital she still wore a smile, and always wore cute pajamas instead of the old hospital gear. It made her feel more comfortable and kept her spirits high. I wanted to write this blog of encouragement to her, because she never fails to remind me of just how strong and smart I am. Krissy I hope you know that I feel the exact same way about you! I find you to be a woman of strength, inspiration, and encouragement and I love you so very much!
